• 	Shipping We sincerely want to ensure quality service even after your order has left our store. To achieve this end, orders are shipped primarily through UPS, or alternately with the U.S. Postal System's Priority Mail Service, or FedEx. Most orders are processed and leave our location within 18 hours for normal business days after receiving your order. If your order is being sent via standard UPS Ground to an Alabama address it should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders being shipped to all other states in the Continental U.S. should arrive within 3-10 business days using standard ground shipping methods.  If you need your order faster, we also offer Next Day, 2 Day Delivery and 3 Day Delivery.  For same day shipping on these faster delivery services, online orders must be received by 10am CST. UPS Shipping Quote Tool:  To make it easier to see ahead of time and to be better informed, we have provided the UPS Pricing Estimating Tool by clicking here.  This estimating tool is maintained by UPS with current rates and is directly linked to our Order Processing for complete shipping information from our primary shipping and delivery service. We will do all we can to secure your purchases and provide it at the most reliable and lowest cost possible. Remember that there are no shipping charges applied to gift certificate or In-store pick-up purchases; e.g., a gallon of famous Toomer's Lemonade.  So during the check-out process, include any special instructions like the NAME of the person, the firm TIME, and DATE that you will be in the store to pick-up your order so we'll be sure to have it on-hand.
  	International Shipping Sorry, we do not currently ship outside the US.
  	Out Of Stock and Back Orders Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made.
  	Returns If you wish to return an item for any reason within 21 days of ordering, simply contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA) and mail it back to us with the following information: Customer #, Order #, Name, Address, Daytime and Evening Phone #'s, Reason for Return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. There will not be an additional shipping charge for exchanges if the problem was due our error. We cannot accept responsibility for your return packages lost in the mail, and therefore, highly recommend you insure US Mail or UPS so that you will have a record of your return.
