All products are guaranteed to give complete satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, 
please contact customer support.

•       Our online order department is open Monday through Friday 10AM-5PM CST. Orders placed after 9AM CST will be processed the following business day and then shipped within 1-2 business days if all of the merchandise is in stock.  If you place your order before 10AM CST and chose Priority Shipping for in stock merchandise then it will go out that same business day.  Please note that for Priority Shipping, our carriers do not include weekends.  So a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, not Saturday. Please allow 3-9 Business days for Standard Delivery.
  

•            If there is any problem with your order or if something is on backorder, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.  
  

•         Please note that Shop-Toomers.com sends out an automatic confirmation of the shipment of your order.   
  

•       This is a secure site for your protection, and your card will be processed online in Paypal or in our store where we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not currently accept international orders.  
  

•      Notice: All shipping charges for orders being shipped to an Ala. address are taxable.
